Rancho Murieta

Prospective Rancho Murieta residents have a wide choice of home styles from which to choose. There are existing homes with well established landscaping, new homes to customize the way you want and lots for custom homes either on The Fairways or in other locations throughout the community.

The gated communities on 3,500 acres of gently rolling hills offer two 18 hole golf courses, five lakes (complete with bass), the Cosumnes River, lighted tennis courts, country club, a 100 acre world class equestrian center offering year round events, a small airport, and a shopping center with 35 stores, restaurants, shops, and professional offices. All this is only 23 miles from downtown Sacramento on Highway 16.

Deer.jpg (22826 bytes)Instead of the sounds of the city you will hear birds singing and deer scampering across the meadows. Developers began building here in 1975 in this master planned community. Home styles range from townhouse complexes to estate properties. I will be happy to send you information on any of the existing homes, new homes that are completed and ready to move into, building lots around the golf course or the lovely and convenient townhomes within the community.

Residents in Rancho Murieta like to be involved in the community. There is a Community Club whose members plan and organize activities that are fun for all. They include: Easter Egg Hunts, Fun-Run Parade and Carnival, Halloween Party, Crafts Faire, Family Christmas Party and many more.

The Rancho Murieta County Club offers two beautiful 18-hole golf courses. The Cosumnes River can be seen from many of the fairways as can the lakes and ponds. The courses are dotted with oaks and pine trees. There are many golf events hosted here. The Club offers formal and informal dining, complete banquet facilities, and a 19th-hole cocktail lounge for casual gatherings.
