Springfield

    

Springfield at Whitney Oaks in the town of Rocklin in Northern California is a planned active adult housing development with certain age restrictions.  It is nestled in the beautiful oak studded foothills of the Sacramento Valley and offers the "small town" feel where neighbors are also friends.  Springfield offers spectacular views of the Sierra Nevada mountain range, Sutter Buttes and the Sacramento Valley.  Homes with magnificent views on private gated streets will provide all of the luxury and prestige for which Pulte has become well known.

The city of Rocklin is located near the Highway 80 corridor and; therefore, is a very convenient location.  If you want to go "next-door" to Roseville, it is only a matter of minutes to the new Galleria Shopping Mall.  Rocklin itself has a large area of discount shopping such as Costco, Pier 1, Marshals, Linens and Things, Wall Mart, Toys R Us (for those presents for the grandchildren) with grocery stores, cleaners, restaurants, medical care and other necessary services included. 

If you enjoy outdoor activities, there are many first class ski resorts within an hour and a half drive in the Lake Tahoe area.  Water sports opportunities are abundant with rivers and lakes in the throughout the foothill and mountain ranges.  Lake Folsom is just up Douglas Blvd. from your new neighborhood.  Little theater or major productions can be enjoyed in the foothill towns and 20 miles away in Sacramento.  If you enjoy gambling, South Lake Tahoe and Reno are near by.
